Getting tattooed at Jade Cicada is a collaborative process, and we approach it with intention, presence, and care.
Here's what to expect from enquiry to aftercare.
Enquiry
Fill out the contact form or email us at hello@jadecicada.com.au
Tell us what you're looking for, placement, any references, and your timeline. We'll respond within 2-3 business days.
Consultation
We'll schedule a consultation, in person or via video call, to understand what this piece means to you.
We'll discuss design direction, placement, sessions, and pricing. This is also the time to ask questions or share concerns.
Design + Deposit
We'll create a design based on our conversation. Some projects will require an in-person drawing session. You'll see the final design at your appointment.
A deposit secures your booking and goes toward your final session cost.
The Session
Your session is private, focused, and intentional. We approach each one with presence and care.
Breaks are encouraged. Tea and snacks provided. Bring whatever helps you stay comfortable.
Aftercare
Your tattoo will need 2 weeks to heal. We'll provide detailed aftercare instructions.
For larger pieces, we'll schedule follow-up sessions as needed.
Pricing
Every tattoo is custom, so pricing depends on size, complexity, and session length.
We work primarily by session rate (half-day or full-day bookings). During your consultation, we'll give you a clear estimate.
