Booking & Deposits

All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your final session cost.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.

Age Requirements

You must be 18 years or older with valid photo ID to receive a tattoo at Jade Cicada.

Health & Safety

You must disclose any health conditions, medications, or allergies that may affect the tattooing process or healing. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe there is a health risk.

Intellectual Property

All tattoo designs created by Jade Cicada remain the intellectual property of the artist. We reserve the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio purposes (with your permission).
